We’re in the midst of a digital revolution, fast-tracked by the pandemic. At the same time, the advice profession is evolving rapidly too. I speak to advice and planning firms, and their clients – people on the front line – about this every day.
And the conversations I have are so wide-ranging, thought-provoking and just so damn interesting, that they’re worth sharing.
But the thing is, they’re not just confined to marketing and communications.
They cover tech, proposition, referrals, fees, recruitment, lifestyle, all sorts. All areas we, as a profession, are navigating in a new way, post pandemic.
